El reto de analizar comunidades de influencers en la era algorítmica: un modelo metodológico para redes sociales audiovisuales con feed de recomendación

Resumen

La evolución de las redes sociales hacia sistemas de recomendación algorítmica obliga a replantear cómo se identifican y analizan las comunidades articuladas alrededor de influencers. Las métricas públicas, como el número de seguidores o las ratios de interacción, no ofrecen una lectura clara de la estructura de la participación: seguir a un perfil influye, pero no limita la exposición de su contenido y la interacción no implica seguimiento previo. Por ello, este trabajo propone un modelo metodológico basado en acciones visibles que permite identificar y comparar comunidades de interacción observable a partir de comentarios públicos. El modelo combina el análisis de redes sociales (ARS) y el análisis de comentarios. Representa las relaciones entre influencers y participantes, distingue la comunicación dirigida al creador de los intercambios entre usuarios, identifica la participación recurrente y estima el solapamiento de comentadores entre perfiles. El protocolo se aplica de forma exploratoria a publicaciones de TikTok de diez influencers españoles del sector gastronómico. Los resultados muestran una participación mayoritariamente puntual y centralizada, junto con una franja minoritaria de conversación entre usuarios individuales. Las comunidades detectadas se organizan principalmente en torno a los ecosistemas de cada influencer, no como subgrupos temáticos densos. El modelo permite a los profesionales de la comunicación comparar estructuras de participación y valorar si distintos perfiles o estrategias generan respuestas puntuales o relaciones continuadas. Se concreta en un protocolo replicable y adaptable a otras redes sociales audiovisuales o con feeds algorítmicos, que incorpora criterios éticos y normativos para la obtención y el tratamiento de los datos.
