Investigación sobre copalabras y cocitación en artículos sobre suicidio y medios de comunicación en WoS (2003-2022)

Este trabajo analiza la presencia de copalabras y cocitación en los artículos científicos indexados en Web of Science en un periodo que comprende desde el año 2003 hasta el 2022 (ambos años incluidos) (N= 3.431), con el objetivo de considerar si se han estudiado más a fondo los factores de riesgo que los síntomas de alerta en las noticias de suicidio. El análisis y la representación de las redes conceptuales y bibliográficas se ha llevado a cabo mediante VosViewer y Pajek. Se ha seleccionado un total de 6.034 palabras y se han identificado 16.452 citas. Las palabras clave son las especificadas por los autores en cada documento analizado y no se han considerado las “Keyword plus”, es decir, las palabras clave que asigna de manera automática la propia Web of Science. Con estos datos se ha elaborado un mapa de copalabras y un mapa de cocitación, donde se han obtenido los resultados de una representación mediática de los medios de masas, de su potencial efecto propagador y de otro componente centrado en las redes sociales, donde se otorga mayor importancia al enfoque preventivo. No obstante, se evidencia que los artículos científicos sobre suicidio y medios de comunicación se han centrado mayormente en el estudio de los factores de riesgo más que en la detección de los posibles síntomas de alerta.Citas
